What we built
For Tremus, we built the ecommerce website, mobile app and support assistant with real-time voice and RAG. The website presents products and categories, while the app brings the shopping experience to iPhone.
The assistant lets customers have a voice conversation. Before answering, it searches the brand’s knowledge: that retrieval step is what RAG means. It connects assistance with information about the business.
