What happens after I send the form?
An engineer reads it, not a sales filter. The reply includes a read of the case and the engagement that fits, or a question if something is missing to decide.

Do I need a defined scope?
No. The problem is enough: which system, which process and what you expect to change. Bounding the scope is part of the work, and often the first deliverable.

Do you work with small budgets?
It depends on the problem. An assessment or a bounded integration are a reasonable size; a custom system is not. If it does not fit we say so in the first reply instead of stretching the conversation.

What are your working hours?
We work in Spanish and English, with meetings within US and Latin American business hours.
