At Neterius we respect your privacy. This page explains what data we process and how.

Data we collect

When you use the AI assistant or the contact form we may collect your name, email, phone, company and the conversation content, in order to answer your query, advise you and arrange a meeting.

Legal basis

Your consent and our legitimate interest in handling commercial requests. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Processors

We use providers to run the service: hosting, database, AI models, scheduling, messaging and notifications. They access data only as needed to provide the service.

Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your request and our commercial relationship.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or objection by writing to privacy@neterius.com. We handle requests under applicable law, including Chile's Law 21.719 and, where relevant, the GDPR.

WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, we process your number and messages to reply. Proactive messages require your prior consent.

Analytics

We record visits in aggregate to understand which pages are useful. We do not send names, emails or the content of your enquiry to analytics tools.
