Privacy policy

At Neterius we respect your privacy. This page explains what data we process and how.

Data we collect

When you use the AI assistant or the contact form we may collect your name, email, phone, company and the conversation content, in order to answer your query, advise you and arrange a meeting.

Receiving enquiries, bookings and the records needed to handle them continue if you reject analytics. This operational processing does not enable Google Analytics.

Legal basis

Your consent and our legitimate interest in handling commercial requests. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Processors

We use providers to run the service: hosting, database, AI models, scheduling, messaging and notifications. They access data only as needed to provide the service.

Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your request and our commercial relationship.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or objection by writing to privacy@neterius.com. We handle requests under applicable law, including Chile's Law 21.719 and, where relevant, the GDPR.

WhatsApp

If you message us on WhatsApp, we process your number and messages to reply. Proactive messages require your prior consent.

Analytics

Only if you accept analytics do we enable our own site measurement and Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. They help us understand which pages are visited, how the site performs and how contact options are used. Accepting and rejecting are equally accessible. You can change your choice through “Privacy preferences” at the bottom of any page.

Our own measurement may record the page, referring site, a browser session identifier, approximate country or city, and usage events. When configured, we use a hash of the IP address with an additional secret; we do not store the unmodified IP address in visit records. Identifiers and hashes are pseudonymised data, not a guarantee of complete anonymity.

We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form content or conversations to Google Analytics or analytics events. Google advertising features and ad personalisation remain disabled.

Cookies and preference storage

We keep your analytics choice in this browser’s local storage for 180 days to remember both acceptance and rejection. If you clear that storage or the choice expires, we will ask you to choose again. Our own measurement’s session identifier is stored in the browser tab for the session.

If you accept, Google Analytics may create cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to distinguish browsers and sessions. Their expiry is configured to 12 months and may be renewed by a new visit while your consent remains in place. Rejecting or withdrawing consent stops new analytics submissions from this site and removes the Google Analytics cookies we can manage on this domain. Withdrawing consent does not automatically delete data already received; you can exercise your rights using the contact listed in this policy.
